Pretty good here. Biggest issue is in the Topic development. Anytime you give reasons for your response, make sure you are relating it to the question. In this question it is important to address how the cell phone was influencial. You talked mostly about how convenient it was but failed to address how influencial it is.
A small grammar usage point was, ("....has been cell phone...) It should be, "has been THE cell phone..)
