Personally, I prefer first year students live together in dormitories than having first year students live together with students from other years. first of, it is easier to be friends with your peers. they can promise you the most important thing when your new to somewhere. it's more comfortable and by the feeling that you are in the same situation you can sympathize and become good friends. another reason is that there will be difficulties getting use to living with other people if you ask them to many questions they will be bothered. also it is really hard to demand something to older people even if you turn out to not like the way they are living so I think first year students should live together in dormitories

According to the reading passage, the size of the seminar class would be increased from 15 students per class to 25 students per class. this is because university wanted to let students to take seminar classes without difficulties. And the man is opposing this idea because since the seminar classes are based on discussion. Too big class wouldn't be good because everyone is supposed to talk in the class. also university is planning on employing more part-time professors so they can teach the seminar classes. And the man is pointing out that many part time professors are not qualified or they can be too busy having part time job in many universities.
